Laguna Niguel is a fully-developed, master-planned community covering 14 square miles in south Orange County. It is bordered by Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills and Aliso Viejo. Winters are mild with temperatures in the high 60’s.
Set among rolling hillsides, Laguna Niguel offers stunning mountain and beach views around every corner. Orange County beaches are easily accessible via Moulton Parkway, Crown Valley Parkway and Niguel Road. Luckily, the Laguna Niguel Department of Transportation works hard to keep their roads smooth and flowing. For those who prefer to take in the sights on their trip, Laguna Niguel is home to a Metrolink station.
